NNG, LTD. ACQUIRES GOLF SUPPLY HOUSE

  (Toronto) March 2, 2010.  NNG, Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Golf Supply House (GSH).  Golf Supply House, which is head-quartered in CalgaryAlberta is a full service vendor to more than 1500 golf course, golf range, and retail customers throughout Canada and the United States.  Founded in 1960, GSH is the market leader in  Canada in numerous product segments including golf course/golf range equipment & supplies, as well as pro shop supplies.

 “The addition of Golf Supply House will create the only truly national player in our market segment” said Paul Cherrie President & C.E.O of NNG.  “The customer base and product lines are extremely complimentary, and this will allow us to better serve our customers”

 The GSH business will continue to be headed by General Manager Keith McKeen.  The Calgary distribution center and corporate infrastructure will remain in place.   A yet to be determined number of new jobs are also expected to be created.  “We’re thrilled to be a part of the NNG team.  It’s business as usual, only now better!” offered McKee.

 Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
